These Delivery/Terms and Conditions are for privates individuals orders ONLY!
.We currently deliver to Mainland UK and Northern Ireland, a selection of the outer Scottish Islands and the Isle of Wright, using our current carrier delivery takes 3-4 working days upon dispatch.
.We can also deliver to the Channel Islands, Southern Ireland and some of Europe, however we strongly recommend contacting us directly to see if we can to deliver to you and delivery times will vary as well as cost.
.On single or two items, the delivery is as stated on the website, however for larger orders please contact us directly, and we can generate a accurate invoice with correct shipping.
.All current lead times are subject to demand and backlog of orders and can be subject to change without prior notice.
.Upon delivery the receiver of the parcels assumes responsibility of parcels, and any severe damage to the products should be reported within 72 HOURS OF DELIVERY. Any damage sustained after delivery is the responsibility of the receiver and we hold NO responsibility.
.Payment must be made before the manufacture of an order is started.
.All prices are in UK pounds (£).
.Payments can be made Via PayPal (using log in or as quest), Bank Transfer (LARGE ORDERS ONLY) and Cheque (Orders will not be considered until the Cheque has cleared).
.Cancellations can be made within 7 DAYS of purchase.
.Upon a Cancellation the money will be refunded by your method of payment, with a cancellation charge of £1 for customers who paid via PayPal a refund can take up to 14 DAYS for the funds to be returned to the customers account longer if paid by cheque.
.Cancellations can take up to 72 HOURS of request to be processed.
.Any cancellations made after shipping will not be refunded until the Customer has returned the product to us at cost of the customer. The refund will be minus our cost of shipping.
.If on receipt of your goods you are not satisfied with our product then please return it to the address given on our web site, with a brief note stating the reasons for you returning the product.
.We will gladly refund the price of the goods and shipping costs equivalent to those we would pay. We will also recommend the carrier for return.
.If the product is damaged upon return to us (and that wasn't the reason for return) due to poor packaging on behalf of the customer, a deduction will be made from your refund.
.We aim to provide a reliable cost effective product and we appreciate constructive feedback and criticism. We also would like feedback on products if they have been used in competition.
Returns will not be accepted 30 days after the delivery of the product, and no refund shall be issued.
Use of Products
We provide the customer with a product. However it is the responsibility of the CUSTOMER, to check that the product they have ordered is correct for use, and it not used in a incorrect way. It is the responsibility of CUSTOMER to check their individual loading procedure and load data, as we hold no responsibility for any damage or injury caused due to incorrect use of our products, as a result of negligence or lack of care in their loading procedure.
